1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Waifu Band ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 12, you are not permitted to use the App.
3. Device Identifier
Waifu Band does not require account registration. Your progress and subscription status are tracked via an anonymous device identifier generated on first launch. You are responsible for the use of the App on your device.
4. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free tier: 3 plays per session. Watch a rewarded ad to earn additional plays.
- Premium tier: Unlimited plays and no ads. Subscription billed via Google Play, managed by RevenueCat.
We reserve the right to adjust play limits or tier benefits with reasonable notice.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
6. Gameplay and Online Features
Waifu Band is a rhythm-based game. When participating in online multiplayer matches, your scores are transmitted in real time to our servers to facilitate competitive play. You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, or modifications to manipulate gameplay or scores.
- Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with multiplayer sessions.
7. Music and Credits
Music featured in Waifu Band is composed by Liborio Conti and used under a free / no-copyright license from no-copyright-music.com. All music rights remain with the respective rights holders.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the App.
- Attempt to circumvent play limits or subscription checks.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others through use of the App.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, characters, visuals, audio, and technology in the App are the property of Smart Software Studio LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Software Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
