Smart Software Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Waifu Band Android application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Anonymous device identifier: A randomly generated ID created on your first launch and stored locally on your device. This ID is used to track your progress and subscription status. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
- Gameplay data: Scores and match results used to facilitate multiplayer matching. This data is associated with your anonymous device ID only.
- Subscription status: Managed via RevenueCat to verify and enforce your subscription tier.
- Advertising data: Our ad partner (Unity LevelPlay) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Section 7 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App and its features.
- To facilitate real-time multiplayer matches using gameplay scores.
- To manage your subscription and session play limits.
- To respond to support requests.
4. Multiplayer and Scores
When you participate in online multiplayer matches, your scores are transmitted to our backend servers to facilitate real-time competitive play. Scores are associated with your anonymous device ID only and are not linked to any personal identity.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You can request full data deletion by contacting us at support@smartsoftwarestudio.tech. Upon request, all data associated with your device ID will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Service providers necessary to operate the App (hosting infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription management).
- Advertising partners — see Section 7 below.
- When required by law or legal process.
7. Advertising
The free tier of the App displays rewarded ads served by Unity LevelPlay. This SDK may collect and use the following to serve and measure ads:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID on Android)
- Approximate location (country/region)
- Device model, OS version, and app usage signals
You may opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

8. Age Requirements
The App is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 12. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us immediately.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
