1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Mobile Waifu ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use the App.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@smartsoftwarestudio.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free tier: Limited to 15 messages per day and access to free characters.
- Premium tier: Up to 100 messages per day, all characters, and no ads. Subscription billed via Google Play.
Message limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust limits with notice.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All character responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Characters and scenarios are entirely fictional. AI responses:
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.
- Do not represent the views of Smart Software Studio LLC.
- Should not be relied upon for real-world decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the App.
- Use automated tools to interact with the App.
- Attempt to circumvent message limits or subscription checks.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others through use of the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, characters, visuals, audio, and technology in the App are the property of Smart Software Studio LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Software Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
