1. Introduction
Smart Software Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Mobile Waifu Android and iOS application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID created on your first launch and stored on your device. This ID is used to save your chat history, preferences, and subscription status. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
- Chat history: Messages exchanged with AI characters, stored to provide conversation context.
- Usage data: Message counts and subscription status to enforce service limits.
- Voice input: Microphone audio is processed on-device for speech recognition. Audio is not stored or transmitted to our servers.
- Advertising data: Our ad partners (IronSource / Unity LevelPlay) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Section 7 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App and its features.
- To generate AI character responses within your conversations.
- To manage your account, subscription, and daily message limits.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Chat history is used solely to provide conversation context within the App.
4. AI-Generated Content
Responses in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. AI responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Do not rely on AI responses for real-world decisions. All characters and scenarios are fictional.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your chat history at any time from within the App. You can request full account deletion by contacting us at support@smartsoftwarestudio.tech or using the delete account option in the App settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and chat history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Service providers necessary to operate the App (hosting infrastructure).
- Advertising partners — see Section 7 below.
- When required by law or legal process.
7. Advertising
The free tier of the App displays ads served by IronSource / Unity LevelPlay. These SDKs may collect and use the following to serve and measure ads:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS where permitted)
- Approximate location (country/region)
- Device model, OS version, and app usage signals
On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the IDFA. You may opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).

8. Age Requirements
The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage of sensitive assets. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
